Financial Data Reporting Application
The PCRB and the DCRB are private,
not-for-profit organizations, the financial support of which is principally born by the
underwriters of workers compensation in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The call for carrier
premium is the basis for the equitable issuance of the PCRB and the DCRB member
assessments. To ensure accuracy, carrier premiums reported are compared to industry
publications. You may use the form below to report both Pennsylvania and Delaware
premiums.
