Workplace Safety Program

The following narrative and exhibits present an analysis of experience for policies effective January 1, 1994 through December 31, 2006, related to the Delaware Workplace Safety Program (DWSP). This program provides an opportunity for employers meeting specified eligibility criteria to apply for workers compensation premium credits. Eligibility is subject to passing safety inspections performed by licensed inspection firms retained for this purpose through the Delaware Department of Insurance.
