RESIDUAL MARKET RATE AND VOLUNTARY MARKET LOSS COST FILING
PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2008

On August 8, 2008 the Bureau submitted a residual market rate and voluntary market loss cost filing to the Delaware Insurance Department.
