DCRB has released Circular No. 1064 announcing the 2025 Pennsylvania and Delaware Premium Call. Acting on instruction from the Governing Boards, all member companies are required to submit premium information on an individual company basis, with electronic filings due by March 13, 2026.
Premium Call forms are available exclusively through the PCRB and DCRB websites. Each submission must include an electronic copy of the Exhibit of Premiums and Losses (Statutory Page 14) from the company’s December 31, 2025 Annual Statement. Members are reminded to adhere closely to the adopted definitions of “direct premiums written for assessment purposes,” including required exclusions for Pennsylvania coal mining operations and national defense project coverages in both states.
