DCRB Launches 2025 Financial Data Call Cycle with Reporting and System Enhancements

The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau has opened the 2025 Financial Data Call reporting cycle, with data to be reported in 2026. Information Bulletin #028 outlines the reporting schedule, system availability, and updates aimed at improving reporting clarity and data quality.

The Financial Call Package and Financial Data Manager (FDM) is now available to all data reporters, with designated carrier contacts receiving access instructions and support information. For 2025, DCRB has consolidated all financial call instructions into a single, comprehensive guidebook to streamline reporting and promote consistency.

System enhancements include a new Carrier Report Card, providing carriers with an overall performance grade and visibility into metrics such as submission timeliness, resubmissions, and responsiveness. Additional improvements include enhanced numeric formatting and a Comment Carryover feature to reduce redundant edit responses. Calendar–accident year calls are now included in the Financial Data Incentive Program (FDIP).
