The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) implemented visual updates to the Delaware Insurance Plan Manager (DIPM) application on February 9, 2026. The changes do not affect system functionality but improve how information is displayed to better align with premium calculation logic and enhance usability.
The premium calculation section has been reordered to follow the calculation sequence more closely, with clearer display of the minimum premium charge, repositioned non-ratable premium and premium discount fields, and new sub-total fields to improve transparency.
In addition, a conditional field has been added to display an Admiralty class when applicable.
