Special Pricing Program Studies - Annual Update

The annual review of the various pricing programs used in workers compensation insurance to provide direct incentives to employers are now available. These reports listed below have been updated for policy years 2006 through 2020.

• Schedule Rating Plan showed an overall average credit of 12.9% in 2020 compared to 12.6% in 2019.
• Workplace Safety Program showed an overall average credit of 11.3% in 2020 compared to 10.8% in 2019.
• Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program showed an overall average credit of 17.7% in 2020 unchanged from 2019.
