The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) has issued Information Bulletin #023 clarifying access rules for its new analytics platform, WorkComp360™, and previewing two major enhancements slated for release this fall.
WorkComp360 remains exclusive to DCRB member carriers, including actuaries, underwriters, product managers, and executives. Access for non-member entities—such as third-party administrators and managing general agents—is currently prohibited to safeguard data integrity.
The fall will bring two key upgrades:
- DataPro+, a robust data extraction and analytics tool for members
- Statewide Dashboard, a public-facing tool offering class- and geography-based insights for TPAs, MGAs, and industry researchers
Launched in July, WorkComp360 offers intuitive benchmarking, interactive claims mapping, and performance dashboards to help carriers make smarter, faster decisions. Questions about access should be directed to: centralsupport@DCRB.com.
